Lewis Carroll Children’s Books
Lewis Carroll was the pen name of Charles Dodgson, an English mathematician who taught at Oxford and lived from 1832 to 1898. He first told the story of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland to a real girl, Alice Liddell, on a boat trip, and wrote it down afterwards. He followed it with Through the Looking-Glass, which holds the poem Jabberwocky.
