Louisa May Alcott Children’s Books
Louisa May Alcott was an American writer, born in Pennsylvania in 1832 and raised in Massachusetts. She is known for Little Women, which follows the four March sisters growing up in New England during the American Civil War. She based the sisters partly on her own family, and wrote several sequels.
