Kenneth Grahame Children’s Books
Kenneth Grahame was a Scottish writer who was born in 1859 and spent his working life at the Bank of England. He first told the stories that became The Wind in the Willows to his young son, partly in bedtime tales and partly in letters, which is one reason they sit so well when read aloud. He also wrote The Reluctant Dragon.
