Hans Christian Andersen Children’s Books

Hans Christian Andersen was a Danish writer, born in Odense in 1805. He is known for his fairy tales, including The Ugly Duckling, The Little Mermaid, The Emperor's New Clothes and The Snow Queen. Rather than only retelling old folk tales, he wrote many of his own, and they have been translated into more than a hundred languages.
